Melissa Anozie
Co-Founder
Melissa is the Co-Founder of Ascend Method Studio, where she has combined nearly two
decades of healthcare leadership with a passion for helping others feel confident, healthy, and
empowered.
Throughout her career, Melissa has led the growth of healthcare organizations, building high-
performing teams and creating exceptional patient experiences. While she loved helping
practices succeed, it was her own personal journey that inspired the vision behind Ascend
Method Studio.
After experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and the hormonal changes that followed
motherhood, Melissa gained a deeper appreciation for the connection between health,
confidence, and overall well-being. Through her own journey with Pilates, wellness, weight
management, and aesthetics, she discovered that true transformation isn’t about chasing
perfection, it’s about creating sustainable habits that help you feel your best from the inside out.
She founded Ascend Method Studio with a simple belief: wellness shouldn't exist in silos. While
wellness, Pilates, health coaching, and aesthetics each offer incredible benefits individually,
Melissa envisioned a place where they work together to create a personalized, whole-person
approach to lasting confidence and well-being. Her passion is helping clients build healthy
lifestyles that not only produce results but empower them to maintain those results for years to
come.
Having spent years balancing a demanding career while often putting herself last, Melissa
understands how easy it is to neglect your own well-being. She believes self-care isn't a
luxury, it’s one of the greatest investments you can make in yourself.
Together with her husband, Dr. Emmanuel Anozie, Melissa created Ascend Method Studio to be
more than a wellness studio. Their vision is to cultivate a welcoming community where every
client feels seen, supported, and empowered to embrace their own journey with
confidence, because everyone deserves a place to invest in themselves and leave feeling
stronger, healthier, and more confident than when they arrived.
